Roam Towing will be allowed between the hours of 12:00 AM Midnight to 6:00 AM. Roam towing is a type of trespass towing where a towing company, under contract with a private property owner, actively patrols a property to remove illegally parked vehicles, without prior warning to the vehicle owner. PBA Towing will circulate NatureWalk during designated hours to tow vehicles that violate parking rules.
-
Otherwise, towing will be authorized by District Manager Stephanie DeLuna or District Supervisors Mike Duffey or Danell Head based on criteria and maps provided in the Rules Related to Parking Enforcement policy which may be found here:

-
Towing is provided at no cost to the District. All expenses are paid by the owner(s) of the removed or towed vehicles.

Ongoing Stormwater System Maintenance
Innerlight Engineering will be onsite during the coming months to inspect and survey the Stormwater Management System Facilities in NatureWalk. This includes many ponds situated behind homes, so you may see the crews on your cameras. If deficiencies are found, CDD vendors will return to address them in the future. Please note: typically, there is a 3 to 5-foot section of CDD property behind your lot line that borders these ponds to provide access to vendors for stormwater system service. Please pardon the inconvenience as the District maintains this vital part of our community’s infrastructure.

Parking Pad Etiquette – Did you know?
-
Parking within NatureWalk is on a first come, first served basis. There is no reserved parking, with the exception of the Handicapped parking spot on HOA property at the Gathering Place.
-
The parking pavers between the sidewalk and the street are Designated Parking Areas, owned by the District.
-
Parking pads in front of homes DO NOT belong to the homeowner. These are public spots, open to anyone, and their use may not be restricted.
-
DO NOT ask anyone to move a vehicle so you can use the parking spot in front of your home. Please notify your friends, family & guests of this policy.
